Anne has many years of experience of the Suzuki method of teaching, initially as a parent, and now as a Suzuki piano teacher. Prior to teaching piano, Anne was a healthcare professional, working for Manchester University as a post-graduate tutor for the national training centre for six years. She later became Head of Education and Training for a large national pharmacy chain and was a visiting lecturer at Hertfordshire University. Anne plays flute with an amateur London Orchestra, performing in three concerts per year. She has held several committee posts, including chair, during the many years that she has played with the orchestra. Anne studied with Grant Mead for the Trinity College of Music diploma for Piano Recital (ACTL) passing with distinction in 2015. She teaches music theory at the Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington, as well as teaching theory to her own pupils. Anne has completed her Suzuki Level 1 and 2 training, and is now actively studying for the Level 3. She has an active Suzuki studio, with Suzuki pupils ranging from age 4 to 14.
